EVA MANTELL

has been described as "a visionary smart-aleck" (Smug Magazine) ...and her art is "Piquant"(LA Times)..."Playful", "Delightfully Peculiar" (New Theatre Corps)..."Producing Some Stunning Effects" (The Village Voice)... "Good After The Last Drop" (Time Off, Princeton Packet). She holds a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania and an M.F.A from The School of Visual Arts. Her work has been included in shows at The Brooklyn Museum of Art, P.S. 1, and branches of the Whitney Museum. She has been included in the Dumbo Art Fair in 2007; shown at The Jersey City Museum and The Hunterdon Museum of Art. Internationally, she has exhibited at the Istanbul Biennial, Foto Antwerpen in Belgium, and the Art and Idea Gallery in Mexico. Her work is in museum, university and private collections.
